OUR PRODUCTS
Jao products are not tested on animals, only us lucky humans. We use only the very best ingredients in our totally original products. When one product does many things, we buy and consume less.
To support you and your business, we have provided lots of information on each of our products on our website. We are more than happy to answer any questions and provide you with any additional information you need to know about our products.
SHIPPING
FOB: Lansdale, PA, U.S.A.
We stock and ship all our products from our warehouse in Lansdale.
Jao Ltd. does not drop ship or ship c.o.d.
DOMESTIC: UPS Ground
CANADA: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard
Jao Refresher is required by law to ship ground.
Canadian orders with Refresher will ship UPS Standard.
Unfortunately, that means we cannot wholesale this product to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method (Freight/DHL/FedEx) that you would prefer to use. We will not ship via any method that does not provide detailed tracking.
ACCOUNT REQUEST
You can submit an application for a new account by completing our Account Request form. Our wholesale department will get back to you as soon we have received all proper documents and information from you and your business.
PLACING ORDERS
When your account has been approved you will be sent a link to create a username and password which will allow you to log into JaoWholesale.com to place orders. If you have any issues with your log in, please contact our wholesale department via email or phone.
Log in to place your orders directly through JaoWholesale.com.
You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped.
TESTERS
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of testers per order.
SAMPLES
Samples are not for resale.

All wholesale customers will be added to our wholesale mailing list. You will receive updates of new products, price changes and anything else pertaining to our products. We respect your inbox and only send emails occasionally.
